Feng Shui is about keeping the energy flowing to keep the harmony in your environment. A cluttered home is believed to stop the flow of energy, thus affecting your life’s balance, including your finances. Take time to clean up and keep your home organized.

The back left part of your home is considered the area that determines wealth. If you want to specifically improve your personal finances, this is the area that you should focus on the most. It would also help to place flowers and plants or something that would make it look livelier and more inviting.

  • Keep Toilet Lid Closed

This is a common courtesy that we should all do out of respect to the other people in our house. This lessens the odor, as well as keeps the other parts of the bathroom more pleasant for everyone. And according to Feng Shui, the toilet pulls energy down, which is why keeping it closed would prevent the positive energy from being taken away.

  • Have Leaks Repaired

Water is a symbol of money and emotion. Water leaks could mean wasting money. And this is true even without basing it on Feng Shui since your water bill could go up.

Furthermore, the water could reach the surrounding areas, which could cause accident. It may also damage things around the house like for instance, your expensive carpet. All of these would cost you money and inconvenience. So fix the leak as soon as you see one.

  • Make the Entrance of Your Home Attractive

Feng Shui experts believe that it’s important to keep the entrance of the house inviting and presentable. This is to attract more opportunities to come into your life and home, and that of course include in the area of finance.

If your front door or gate looks old and boring, get a livelier color and start painting. Replace or fix things that are broken including gates, fences, door knobs and door bells. Aside from pulling great opportunities towards your path, this would also improve the overall look of your home, which is something that would make you feel good.

Aside from keeping the inside of your house clean, it’s also important to keep the surrounding area clutter free as well. Remove those dead flowers, branches and leaves to keep the good energy flowing around.
